Ingredients
- Focaccia bread
- Prosciutto or salami
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- Tomato slices
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the cut sides of the bread.
- Layer prosciutto or salami, fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on the bottom half of the focaccia.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the other half of the focaccia.
- Cut into portions, and enjoy your sandwich!
