Description

A quick and delicious focaccia sandwich filled with layers of prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and vibrant basil.


Ingredients

  • Focaccia bread
  • Prosciutto or salami
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato slices
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the cut sides of the bread.
  3. Layer prosciutto or salami, fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on the bottom half of the focaccia.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with the other half of the focaccia.
  6. Cut into portions, and enjoy your sandwich!
