- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced

- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the diced butternut squash and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and Italian seasoning; simmer until the squash is tender.
