Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for optimal crispiness.
- Place your chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes, ensuring they are fully cooked through. Allow them to cool slightly before shredding.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and cream cheese, mixing until everything is well combined and coated.
- Lay the tortillas flat on your work surface, filling each with a generous portion of the chicken mixture. Roll them tightly, seam-side down, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Arrange the rolled taquitos on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
