Description

  • 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for optimal crispiness.
  2. Place your chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes, ensuring they are fully cooked through. Allow them to cool slightly before shredding.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and cream cheese, mixing until everything is well combined and coated.
  4. Lay the tortillas flat on your work surface, filling each with a generous portion of the chicken mixture. Roll them tightly, seam-side down, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
