Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour balsamic vinegar over the top.
