Description

Balsamic Chicken Breast with Spinach and Tomatoes is a flavorful and healthy dish that combines tender chicken breast with fresh spinach and juicy tomatoes, all drizzled with a tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
