Description

A delicious and flavorful Bang Bang Chicken Rice Bowl that combines tender chicken, rice, and a spicy sauce for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and toss it in the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
  4. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice and top with the Bang Bang chicken.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha sauce.
