Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Create the bang bang sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice. Whisk until velvety.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers alternately.
