- 1 flatbread (whole wheat or traditional)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the BBQ sauce over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and red onion over the chicken.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the flatbread with toppings in advance and refrigerate. The air fryer can also be used for a quicker cooking method.
