Description

Delightful cookies filled with light whipped cream and topped with rich chocolate glaze, combining the flavors of Boston Cream Pie in a unique cookie form.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the softened butter and sugar in a separate bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract, blending until combined.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Using an ice cream scoop, portion the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
