- 3 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 large eggs
- 4 slices of smoked bacon
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the eggs in the same skillet with butter, seasoning to taste.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, and bacon on the first slice.
- Add the second slice of bread with mashed avocado on top.
- Place the cooked eggs and cheddar cheese on top of the avocado.
- Cap with the final slice of bread, mayo side down, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
