Description

Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs are a delicious and indulgent appetizer that combines spicy buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey mozzarella cheese, all wrapped in a savory dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture, some crumbled bacon, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on each triangle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
