Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the heavy cream and sugar, mixing until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined springform pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
  • Do not overmix the batter to avoid incorporating too much air.
  • Can be served with fresh berries or a fruit compote.
