Description

Delightful Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps filled with tender chicken, creamy cheeses, and aromatic garlic, wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped parsley. Stir until you get a creamy mixture.
  2. Prepare the tortillas: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture into each tortilla. Layer optional vegetables if using.
  3. Roll the wraps: Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to secure the wrap.
  4. Butter the wraps: Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush the outside of each wrap with this mixture.
  5. Toast the wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Serve and delight: Cut each wrap in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
