- 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped parsley. Stir until you get a creamy mixture.
- Prepare the tortillas: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture into each tortilla. Layer optional vegetables if using.
- Roll the wraps: Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to secure the wrap.
- Butter the wraps: Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush the outside of each wrap with this mixture.
- Toast the wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve and delight: Cut each wrap in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
