A decadent Chocolate Éclair Layered Cake that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and cream in a delightful dessert.

- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 3 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chocolate ganache
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the instant vanilla pudding with milk until thickened.
- Layer the cooled chocolate cake with whipped cream and vanilla pudding mixture.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate ganache.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh berries if desired.
