Description

A decadent Chocolate Éclair Layered Cake that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and cream in a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 3 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Let the cake cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix the instant vanilla pudding with milk until thickened.
  5. Layer the cooled chocolate cake with whipped cream and vanilla pudding mixture.
  6. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate ganache.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
