Description

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly mixed.
  2. Whisk the wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the mixtures: Carefully pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and fold gently until just combined.
  4. Prepare the cinnamon swirl: In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  5. Heat the skillet: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, adding the cinnamon swirl mix on top.
