  • Canned Tomatoes (Diced)
  • Heavy Cream or Cream Cheese

  • Basil (Fresh or Dried)
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Aim for al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a splash of pasta water.
  2. Infuse the garlic: In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Simmer the tomatoes: Pour in the diced tomatoes, letting them simmer for about 5 minutes.
