Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pepperoni
- Pizza Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Italian Seasoning
- Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares, roughly 4×4 inches.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, two or three pepperoni slices, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce onto the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the fillings, forming triangles or rectangles, and press the edges firmly to seal.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, flipping midway if desired.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
You can assemble the rolls ahead of time and store them in the fridge. Consider baking them if you don’t have an air fryer.
