Description

Ingredients

  • 12 mozzarella sticks
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
  3. Place the wrapped mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper to create the glaze.
  5. Brush the glaze over the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks.
