Description

Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and healthy snack or appetizer that combines the flavors of garlic, parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs, all baked to perfection for a crunchy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray or drizzle the florets with cooking spray or olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
