- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray or drizzle the florets with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
