Description

Crockpot Chicken and Noodles is a comforting and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken with hearty noodles in a creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and stir in the egg noodles and milk.
  7. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the noodles are tender.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
