- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and stir in the egg noodles and milk.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the noodles are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
