Description

A simple and delicious recipe for Crockpot Kielbasa and Green Beans that is perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced kielbasa in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the kielbasa.
  3. Layer the trimmed green beans over the onion and garlic.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir before serving and enjoy!

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or carrots for more variety.
