A simple and delicious recipe for Crockpot Kielbasa and Green Beans that is perfect for busy weeknights.

- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the sliced kielbasa in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the kielbasa.
- Layer the trimmed green beans over the onion and garlic.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or carrots for more variety.
- This dish can be served over rice or with crusty bread.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
