Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
- Add diced pineapple on top of the chicken.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dish.
