- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, French onion soup, sautéed onions, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
