Description

These Easy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs transform a classic favorite into a fun and flavorful snack, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small mixing bowl, stirring well.
  3. Open the biscuit can and flatten each piece slightly to prepare for filling.
  4. Fill each biscuit with mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices.
  5. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the fillings inside.
  6. Brush the top of each bomb with the seasoned butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping.

Notes

Make-ahead Tips: Prep the filling in advance and assemble the pizza bombs later. Avoid overfilling the dough to ensure they seal properly.
