Description

Deliciously cheesy Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs filled with savory ground beef and melty cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Can (16 oz) Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter, Melted
  • Fresh Parsley, Chopped (for Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar while still warm. Set aside.
  4. Prepare the biscuit dough by flattening each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches wide.
  5. Fill each dough circle with a spoonful of the beef mixture. Fold and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. Pre-made dough options like crescent roll dough can also be used.
