Deliciously cheesy Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs filled with savory ground beef and melty cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 Can (16 oz) Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter, Melted
- Fresh Parsley, Chopped (for Garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar while still warm. Set aside.
- Prepare the biscuit dough by flattening each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches wide.
- Fill each dough circle with a spoonful of the beef mixture. Fold and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. Pre-made dough options like crescent roll dough can also be used.
