- 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the gemelli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add the garlic and asparagus to the skillet, cooking until the asparagus is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked gemelli pasta and mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
