- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated shrimp and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating between shrimp and pineapple.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
