- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into bite-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Coat the warm bites in cinnamon sugar.

Notes
You can prepare the dough a few hours in advance and store it in the fridge. These bites can also be made in an air fryer for a crunchy texture.
