- 2 large Ripe Bananas (mashed, ⅔ cup)
- ¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup (60 ml)
- ⅔ cup Unsweetened Almond Butter (160 g)
- 2 cups Quick Oats (214 g)
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ¾ cup Fresh Strawberries (chopped into small chunks, 110 g)
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add the pure maple syrup and almond butter to the mashed bananas and stir until combined.
- Toss in the oats and sea salt, mixing until blended.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
- Drop mounds of dough onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Feel free to customize with nuts or chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for a day for make-ahead convenience.
