Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the eggs carefully and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- Place the peeled eggs in a container and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions.
