Description

Delightful bite-sized pancakes filled with sausage, cheddar cheese, and maple syrup for a perfect breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hungry Jack Pancake Mix
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, about 8–10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Combine pancake mix and water in a large mixing bowl, then fold in the sausage, cheese, and maple syrup.
  4. Fill each muffin cup three-quarters full with the batter.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Enjoy them warm with additional maple syrup on the side.

Notes

Customize with jalapeños or different cheeses. Make-ahead batter can be stored overnight.
