Description

Mini Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls are a delicious and crispy snack filled with a creamy mixture of cheese and jalapeños, perfect for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until well blended.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños or use spicy cheese.
