Instructions
- Prepare chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Coat each cutlet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Pan-fry cutlets in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Make the sauce by melting butter, adding garlic, chicken broth, and cream; simmer and thicken.
- Combine the chicken with the sauce and garnish with parsley or thyme.
- Serve with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
