Description

A delightful fusion of grilled cheese and pizza, featuring gooey cheese and flavorful toppings, all crispy and golden.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella, provolone, cheddar, or pepper jack)
  • 4 slices of pepperoni or preferred toppings
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Assemble your sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down.
  4. Layer cheese and toppings on top.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip and grill the other side until golden and cheese melts.
  8. Serve with warm pizza sauce.
