- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella, provolone, cheddar, or pepper jack)
- 4 slices of pepperoni or preferred toppings
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble your sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down.
- Layer cheese and toppings on top.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and grill the other side until golden and cheese melts.
- Serve with warm pizza sauce.
