Description

Sausage and Sweet Potatoes with Honey Garlic Sauce is a delicious and easy-to-make dinner that combines savory sausage with sweet potatoes, all coated in a flavorful honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
