Description

Crispy and cheesy hashbrown chaffles, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. Mix together the thawed hashbrowns, cheese, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grease the waffle maker with cooking spray.
  4. Scoop the hashbrown mixture onto the waffle iron.
