- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Slice the sausage and add it to the sheet pan with the sweet potatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and minced garlic.
- Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
