Description

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring sausage and sweet potatoes drizzled with a honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (your choice)
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  4. Slice the sausage and add it to the sheet pan with the sweet potatoes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and minced garlic.
  6. Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
