Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, water, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the chopped green onions.
