- 1 lb beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, water, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious beef ramen noodles!
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bok choy or carrots for extra nutrition.
