Description

Experience the delicious fusion of classic smashburger flavors wrapped in a crispy quesadilla, filled with savory ground beef and melty cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Press a small handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef side down for 2–3 minutes until nicely browned.
  4. Flip the tortilla and sprinkle cheese over the beef.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and grill for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the tortilla is crispy.
  6. Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare seasoned ground beef in advance and store in the fridge for up to three days. You can also bake in the oven for a healthier twist.
