Description

A delicious and flavorful dish featuring chicken marinated in spicy yogurt, served with a creamy dill feta sauce and crispy baby potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
  5. In a baking dish, toss potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  6. While potatoes are roasting, grill or bake the marinated chicken until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix feta cheese and dill to create the cream.
  8. Serve the chicken with crispy potatoes and dill feta cream on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of cayenne pepper.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
