Description

A delicious and simple recipe featuring tender steak bites and shell pasta coated in a rich garlic butter Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add the cooked shell pasta and steak back to the skillet; toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
