A delicious and simple recipe featuring tender steak bites and shell pasta coated in a rich garlic butter Alfredo sauce.

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked shell pasta and steak back to the skillet; toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
