Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes in water until tender, then drain and mash.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
