- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, dill pickle juice, diced dill pickles, crumbled bacon, chopped dill, and garlic powder.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop the mixture into shot glasses or small cups.
- Garnish with additional dill or bacon if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapeños.
- These shots can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Adjust the amount of dill pickle juice to taste.
