- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
