Description

A vibrant platter of crispy crackers topped with a creamy herb-infused spread and fresh vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Crispy Crackers
  • Creamy Spread (herb-infused cream cheese or goat cheese)
  • Fresh Herbs (parsley, basil, or dill)
  • Vegetables (cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers)
  • Optional Proteins (diced ham or smoked salmon)

Instructions

  1. Blend your choice of creamy spread with finely chopped fresh herbs until combined. Optionally, add lemon juice or spices for extra flavor.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly toast the crackers on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. Wash and slice cucumbers, halve cherry tomatoes, or chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture generously on each cracker.
  5. Top each cracker with slices of your chosen vegetables.
  6. Arrange the topped crackers on a serving platter, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.

Notes

Assemble just before serving to maintain the crackers’ crunch. Make the creamy spread a day in advance for better flavor.
