Description
A delightful fusion of classic Big Mac flavors wrapped in crispy taco shells.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Ground Beef (80% lean)
- 8 Crispy Taco Shells
- 4 slices American Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Dill Pickles (sliced)
- 1 small Onion (finely diced)
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
Instructions
- Prepare the special sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet pickle relish. Mix well and refrigerate while you cook to let the flavors deepen.
- Form the patties: In a separate bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix, then shape the beef into thin patties.
- Preheat the skillet: Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef patties: Place the patties in the skillet, cooking until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Flip after browning and place a slice of cheese on top; cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Warm the taco shells: While the patties are finishing, warm your taco shells in the oven or microwave.
- Assemble your tacos: Layer each taco shell with a beef patty, drizzle on the special sauce, and finish with shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickles.
Notes
Customize with additional toppings like tomatoes or jalapeños. Leftovers should be stored in airtight containers.
