Description

A delightful fusion of classic Big Mac flavors wrapped in crispy taco shells.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80% lean)
  • 8 Crispy Taco Shells
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles (sliced)
  • 1 small Onion (finely diced)
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the special sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet pickle relish. Mix well and refrigerate while you cook to let the flavors deepen.
  2. Form the patties: In a separate bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix, then shape the beef into thin patties.
  3. Preheat the skillet: Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the beef patties: Place the patties in the skillet, cooking until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Flip after browning and place a slice of cheese on top; cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Warm the taco shells: While the patties are finishing, warm your taco shells in the oven or microwave.
  6. Assemble your tacos: Layer each taco shell with a beef patty, drizzle on the special sauce, and finish with shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickles.
