Description

Delicious donuts that combine the flavors of peach cobbler and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any brunch or dessert occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package donut dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add your softened cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in honey and the egg, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Gently fold in the diced peaches and graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Incorporate the donut dough by folding it in, being cautious not to overwork the mixture.
  7. Spoon the batter into your prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake in your preheated oven for 12–15 minutes.
  9. Allow the donuts to cool slightly in the pan before removing them to a wire rack.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. Make-ahead option available by refrigerating the batter.
