- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 package donut dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar until well blended.
- Add your softened cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in honey and the egg, mixing thoroughly.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches and graham cracker crumbs.
- Incorporate the donut dough by folding it in, being cautious not to overwork the mixture.
- Spoon the batter into your prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 12–15 minutes.
- Allow the donuts to cool slightly in the pan before removing them to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. Make-ahead option available by refrigerating the batter.
