Deliciously crispy baked chips made from cottage cheese, perfect for snacking or entertaining.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1–2 tsp herbs or spices (e.g., garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil or spray oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Combine cottage cheese, herbs or spices, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten them with the back of a spoon.
- Lightly spray or drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow chips to cool on the baking sheet before enjoying.
Notes
You can customize the chips with different spices or use flavored cottage cheese for a unique twist.
