Description

Deliciously crispy baked chips made from cottage cheese, perfect for snacking or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 12 tsp herbs or spices (e.g., garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 tbsp olive oil or spray oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, herbs or spices, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten them with the back of a spoon.
  5. Lightly spray or drizzle olive oil on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow chips to cool on the baking sheet before enjoying.
