- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chives in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the creamy mixture generously onto the halved bagels.
- Arrange the loaded bagels on a baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bagels are golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
