Description

Deliciously crispy bagels topped with a creamy mix of bacon, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chives in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture generously onto the halved bagels.
  4. Arrange the loaded bagels on a baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bagels are golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Make-ahead tip: Prepare the cream cheese mixture a day in advance. Cook in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes if short on time.
