Description

A comforting bowl of creamy garlic chicken ramen filled with tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and rich flavors that embrace you on a chilly evening.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packets ramen noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a splash of oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Introduce the chicken breasts, cooking until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pot and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Pour the chicken broth into the same pot, bringing it to a boil.
  6. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  7. Toss in the broccoli and bell peppers, stirring until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Stir in the soy sauce and heavy cream, mixing thoroughly.
  9. Add the sliced chicken back into the pot and let warm through for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu and chicken broth with vegetable broth.
