- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the breadcrumb mixture: In a medium bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing slightly to ensure even coverage.
- Place each coated breast on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and layer with chopped romaine lettuce, crispy chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and Caesar dressing.
- Serve immediately, cut in half to reveal the layers.
